PHONE ETIQUETTE



A session focused on phone etiquette, including how to make and cancel appointments, leave voicemail messages, ask to speak to a manager, and be professional during phone calls.

Each individual session is 3 hours long and includes a detailed report. Travel (KMs), parking, admission fees, materials, supplies, and any necessary expenses specific to the session are covered making each selection all inclusive. You also have the option to extend the session with additional hours and/or include extra expenses as desired.
