What Makes us Different
At our company, we prioritize simplicity and transparency. Our sessions and bundles are all-inclusive, so you won’t need to worry about separate charges for individual expenses. This means that items like travel (km), parking, entrance fees, supplies, and materials are all covered. For added flexibility, there’s also the option to include additional funds for any extra expenses if desired.
Our Founder
Sarah is the heart and founder behind Clay Jar Empowerment, bringing over 15 years of experience as a foster parent, mentor, and advocate for youth. She has primarily worked with teenage girls and provides respite care for children of nearly all ages. Passionate about supporting foster families, Sarah also mentors new foster parents as well as serves on the board of the Calgary and Region Foster and Kinship Association, where she advocates for families and helps shape policies to better serve the community.
As a mother of two and a devoted stepmom, Sarah values quality time with her family and believes in building strong relationships. Beyond her professional dedication, she loves good food, traveling to warm destinations, and indulging in ice cream.
With her extensive experience and understanding of the challenges and rewards of fostering, Sarah is dedicated to empowering both youth and caregivers to build thriving and successful futures.
