A visit and/or tour of a local mental health resource, offering a hands-on experience to explore the facility, understand the intake process, and become familiar with available support services. This is a resource connection session, not intended for any youth who needs to be admitted or seeking immediate help.
Each individual session is 3 hours long and includes a detailed report. Travel (KMs), parking, admission fees, materials, supplies, and any necessary expenses specific to the session are covered making each selection all inclusive. You also have the option to extend the session with additional hours and/or include extra expenses as desired.
Engage in a spiritual activity or event such as a visit to a mosque, church, Jewish Centre or other spiritual facility
